About Cape-Able Consulting
Meet Alex
Alex is a New Yorker, a Mets fan, a mom, and a brunch enthusiast. She also lives with dyslexia and ADHD — experiences that deeply inform her work and give her a personal connection to the communities she serves.
With a background in corporate leadership and development, Alex understands both the pressures organizations face and the untapped potential of their people. Her career in leadership inspired her to become a career coach for adults with ADHD and dyslexia, and Cape-Able Consulting has since grown into a practice that supports individuals and organizations across the neurodiversity spectrum.
Through coaching, consulting, and training, Alex helps businesses build workplaces where every employee can thrive — environments that are more productive, supportive, and inclusive. She has a 100% return and retention rate with her clients, a reflection of the trust and results her partnerships create.
Beyond consulting, Alex is also a speaker and panelist, delivering keynotes and participating in discussions on workplace inclusion, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Her mission is to challenge stigma and reframe neurodiversity as a strength, helping people and organizations alike discover what they are truly Cape-Able of achieving.
Love from the ADHD, Dyslexic, and Neurospicy Community
Alex truly understands what I'm going through. The first time we spoke I was moved to tears because I've never felt so understood. If you are struggling with your learning disability, I highly recommend speaking with Alex.
