Coaching Packages & Sessions for Adults with Learning Disabilities

  • This 12-week journey is about starting where you are and finding yourself along the way. When we work with individuals through coaching, we focus on creating sustainable, attainable, manageable, and achievable changes that work for you long-term. All programs will be catered to how YOU think and how YOU learn.

    Over the course of 12 weeks, we will go at your pace and help you on your journey to learn about yourself. Together, we’ll investigate what you’re good at, what you enjoy, when you feel your best, what you struggle with, and so on. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t understand what the real problem is. We’ll work together to get to the root of your struggles and create strategies that leave you feeling empowered and motivated.

    Whether you have ADHD, dyselxia, other learning disabilities, identify as neurodivergent / neurospicy… or just find yourself having a hard time feeling organized and focused, this package is a long-term solution for you!

  • This 6 session journey is about starting where you are and finding yourself along the way. When we work with individuals through coaching, we focus on creating sustainable, attainable, manageable, and achievable changes that work for you long-term. All programs will be catered to how YOU think and how YOU learn.

    Over the course of 6 sessions, we go at your pace and help you on your journey to learn about yourself. Together, we’ll investigate what you’re good at, what you enjoy, when you feel your best, what you struggle with, and so on. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t understand what the real problem is. We’ll work together to get to the root of your struggles and create strategies that leave you feeling empowered and motivated.

  • Do you feel like you’ve hit a roadblock and need some support making it over the hurdle? Let’s strategize in these three individual one-hour sessions (3 hours total), to help you accomplish your goal in a way that makes sense for you.

    These sessions are ideally designed for your short-term goals. This will give you a taste of the coaching experience as we would spend three hours over 3 weeks focused on organizing 1-2 aspects of your career

  • During this session we will focus on a specific challenge you've been dealing with and create strategies to help you cope/manage/succeed.

    Whether you have ADHD, dyselxia, other learning disabilities, identify as neurodivergent / neurospicy… or just find yourself having a hard time feeling organized and focused, this package can help you address and find solutions to that pressing issue!

All Packages Include

  • Weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions scheduled at your convenience

  • Ongoing e-mail communication between sessions

  • Worksheets and thought-provoking “homework”

  • Each coaching session is 1-hour long and will take place virtually. The time of day can be flexible to fit your busy schedule.

Packages start at $165 per session with payment plan options available.
