Cape-Able Consulting: Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Empowering Neurodiverse Talent. Building Inclusive Workplaces.
At Cape-Able Consulting, we believe workplaces thrive when every mind is empowered to do its best work. We help organizations and individuals unlock the strengths of neurodiverse talent—transforming inclusion from a checkbox into a competitive advantage.
Our Mission
We partner with corporations, teams, and professionals to create work environments where neurodiverse employees are not just accommodated but celebrated, supported, and activated.
Whether you’re an organization seeking to strengthen your diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, or an individual navigating ADHD, dyslexia, autism, or other learning differences, Cape-Able Consulting provides the tools, training, and strategies to ensure everyone can thrive.
Why Neurodiversity Matters
Only 10% of organizations currently consider neurodiversity in their HR practices.
Yet, research shows neurodiverse teams can be up to 30% more productive when supported with inclusive systems.
Companies that embrace neurodiversity see higher innovation, employee engagement, and retention.
Neurodiversity in the workplace is more than an initiative—it’s a business strategy.
Work Should Be Challenging, Not Hard
Hi, I’m Alex. I work with businesses & individuals to build workplaces where every employee can thrive — environments that are productive and supportive, especially for those with ADHD and learning differences. I’m proud to have a 100% return and retention rate with my clients, a reflection of the results we achieve together.
With a background in corporate leadership and development, and a personal diagnosis of ADHD and dyslexia, I understand both the pressures organizations face and the untapped potential of their people. I partner with HR teams to design practical, actionable plans that don’t just check the “inclusion” box, but actually make work better for everyone and regularly deliver keynotes and sit on panels to share practical insights on neurodiversity in the workplace.

What People Are Saying
Alex has opened my eyes and mind to things I have never even thought of. I was amazed to see what type of of ideas she would suggest that have been amazing for me. At times it seemed like she knew me better than I knew myself.
— Nathaniel
Working with Alex exceeded my expectations. Having been diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s, I felt lost about what that diagnosis meant and how I could help myself. Alex not only helped me better understand how ADHD affects me — both negatively and positively — but she guided me through recognizing what triggers those behaviors and coming up with strategies that can help with those particular situations.
— Eva
