One of the reasons I wanted to start Cape-able Consulting was the fact that I know people with learning disabilities and/or ADHD are incredibly bright, talented, and most of all cape-able of so many things. However when it comes to the workplace a lot of our shortcomings become front and center. Many struggle with meeting deadlines, staying organized, feeling overwhelmed by many of the tasks that require a lot of detail, not to mention the anxiety of sharing (or not sharing) that you have a disability and the list goes on.
